The Interview
Consistent and Thorough Interview
Creating a thorough interview process is critical to ensure
consistency in the presentation of a shortlist. Generally
speaking the more professional the interview the more a
candidate appreciates the experience. We recruit against the
template we create with you and for that reason each
candidate experiences the same questions and gets the same
opportunity to demonstrate their ability.
Full briefing
We provide documentation that outlines the nature of the
position, the position description and the key challenges in
the position. We ensure that when a candidate meets you for
the first time they do so with an understanding of the
company and the position.
Manage the candidate’s expectations
The briefing also includes a timetable which outlines the
recruitment process, the time involved and the number of
interviews that are likely to occur. This allows us to
manage their expectations more effectively.
