Greg Dixon, Managing Director

Greg is Joint Managing Director of CareerBuilders Pty Ltd, a Sydney based consulting firm that specialises in career management, training and recruitment. His areas of expertise are:

Prior to Greg's training and consulting career, Greg was General Manager of Dunhill Management Services, a high profile recruitment consulting firm in Australia.

Greg has worked closely with over 2000 workshop participants and one on one coaching clients during the last 6 years, using his understanding of organisational behaviour to assist people with gaining clarity around career choices, development of communication skills, creativity, team work and approaches to change management.

Recently Greg completed his Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching at the Institute of Consulting and Coaching Psychology at Sydney University, currently the top executive coaching institute in the country.



Christian Harper, Managing Director

Chris is Joint Managing Director of CareerBuilders Pty Ltd, a Sydney based consulting firm that specialises in career management, employee development and recruitment services. His areas of expertise are:

Chris has 400 hours coaching experience; 140 hours counselling experience and over 3500 hours interview experience. He is the lead facilitator of the CareerBuilders flagship hiring process that has been developed into a high impact training workshop called Hiring Success.

Recently Chris completed his Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching under the supervision of Dr Anthony Grant and Dr Michael Cavanagh of the Institute of Consulting and Coaching Psychology at Sydney University, currently the top executive coaching institute in the country.

Chris is also a member of Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW.
