identify your personal work style and enable you to identify

Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, the Insights training program was
developed in Scotland by Insights Learning and Development. It classifies
behaviour in terms of four colours - red, green, yellow and blue - with each
colour representing a general work style i.e. Cool Blue behaviour is analytical
and cautious.
Using the Insights Online Evaluator, your team can submit
data on their personal work preferences for analysis by a
CareerBuilders consultant. The Online Evaluator forms the
basis of your Insights Discovery profile, which we use to
help you identify your personal work style.

individually tailored report that will assist you in
